Code of Business Conduct & Ethics

The Group has a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics to foster a culture of ethics and integrity in our business and workplace.

This Code is communicated to all of our management and staff, contractors, consultants and agents are required to act consistently with the Code when acting on our behalf.

Violations of the Code, as well as violation of laws or regulations, or any other wrongdoings may be reported through our whistleblowing channels.


In The Workplace

  • Providing a work environment that is free from any sort of discrimination or harassment; where the recruitment, employment and development of our people is based on qualification, skills, competency and merit.
  • Assessing the risks and hazards whenever necessary and promoting good behaviour in the workplace. We do not permit violence or threatening behaviour.
  • Observing all security and access arrangements, as well as all security policies and regulations.
  • Respecting the privacy and personal data of all employees, business partners and customers, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations with regard to the collection, use, protection and transfer of personal data.
  • Protecting company assets from waste, loss, damage, theft, unauthorized disclosure, misuse or infringement.
  • Respecting the rights and assets of others, including their proprietary information and intellectual property.
  • Maintaining accurate, timely and complete records and accounts, and preserving financial and business records in accordance with accounting and record keeping policies, applicable laws and regulations.


Business Conduct

  • Ensuring that the Company’s products and services are provided in a manner that seeks to reduce the risk of hazard to the public, property and the environment.
  • Corruption of any kind whether relating to private individuals, government officials, private companies or public organisations, is not tolerated. We comply with all bribery and anti-corruption laws.
  • Not offering, attempting to offer, authorising or promising any sort of bribe, facilitation payment or kickback to a public official or any person for the purpose of obtaining or retaining business or an improper advantage.
  • Avoiding any practices or involvement that could lead to, or be perceived as, a conflict of interest.
